This stuff is the absolute best. Use only organic UNFILTERED apple cider vinegar for the full health benefits. You’ll get used to it, I swear! My dad and I use it on salads and steamed spinach, while my friend Adriann takes 2 tablespoons with a glass of water (optional to use honey to sweeten it, I just chug it down) to keep her skin clear and increase her energy!
